Warranty Claim Rules

To ensure a smooth and fair process, please follow these steps:
1. Unboxing Video Required
• When you receive your parcel, please record a clear video showing the package opening and focus on the Apple serial numbers on the adapter or cable.
• This video will be required for any claim.
2. If Product Stops Working
• Contact us on WhatsApp or fill out our Warranty Claim Form within 14 days of your order.
• Record a short video showing the issue with the charger or cable and send it to our WhatsApp.
3. Return Shipping
• Once your claim is approved, you must send the product back to us through TCS or Leopards Courier.
• Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
4. Inspection & Approval
• After receiving your product, our team will carefully check and record a video for proof.
• If the product is found to be faulty, we will send you a fully working replacement.
5. Refund Option
• If your order value is above PKR 5,500, you can request a full refund instead of a replacement.
• For orders below PKR 5,500, only replacement will be provided.
